DEPARTMENT NOTES:
Actors: 1) End of Scene 2, are actors supposed to hold for sound or make their exit as soon as Tom says, “It slipped out?” 2) All flowers must exit with Katherine in scene 2. 3) Please do not lean on the table desk until its legs are strengthened. 4) The script with marked up line notes is in the binder in my locker. I’m sorry I don’t have time to type up each person’s line notes. Please review sometime before Thursday. 5) Scene 7, when Katherine enters with side table it should be placed downstage near the middle of the wall, not in the corner. We can spike it if needed. 8) Irwin’s entrance in scene 7 will be cued by Katherine (off stage) when she sees Isobel turn the page in the book. 9) The timing of the bang was off tonight when dealing with the door and the step…this was Scott’s fault. 10) The carper should be unrolled lengthways across the stage (from SL to SR). 11) All costumes are now located in the dressing room. 12) Kyoko’s costume change plot is attached. 13) Many thanks actors.
Set/Scenery: Chris, can I get a roll of the cheap tape for spiking and hang on to it? Every time I need to spike something in a hurry, I can only find expensive tape. Thanks.
Costumes: Thank you Kyoko for moving the costumes.
Lights: Thank you Emily for painting the base coat on the floor, light magic and stuff.
Props: Sheets and table cloth are needed. Maren, do we need a prop table or will the shelves backstage work for everything?
Production Manager: Thank you Sarah for taming the photocopier for the line notes version of the script for our volunteers.
Other: Kyoko may have left Marion’s black patent leather purse in the front row of the house. If so, can someone please secure it.
