I don't consider myself a grammar nazi...
…but sometimes I run into things that make me want to smack somebody. This sentence kicks off a presentation on branding: It is the sum total of our product and solutions and our clients/prospects experiences and perceptions about those products/solutions and about “us.” Where’s my Face-Smacker 3000?

A Year with Silvia
It’s been a year since I took the plunge, and bought a Rancilio Silvia and a Rancilio Rocky grinder. Previous to the purchase, I had a $6.65 (on average) a day-ish habit at either Starbucks or Crema around the corner. Mostly a daily mocha with an occasional afternoon or evening straight shot.
