On the Stage

I was in 64 shows this year, mostly on stage with one stint as stage manager. My favorite shows to be in this year were, of course, We Won’t Pay! We Won’t Pay! and The Hiding Place. Every time I start thinking about replacing appliances and sinking money into my kitchen and its toys, I think of the many times I’ve heard/read Mark Bittman’s advice.
